Technologies
used

BMS as a National Meteorological Centre uses a variety electronics, computers and communications equipment. The computers used ranged from the VAX system to Networked and Stand-alone PCs. These equipment were used to supplement the human re sources in handling day to day work routine as well as additional or ad-hoc requirement etc.
