The Aeronautical Telecommunications Service of the DCA is the technical unit that is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation and maintenance of electronic aviation systems and airport facilities that include the following:

- Navigation Systems
- Surveillance Systems
- Air Traffic Management System
- Meteorological Systems
- Passenger Terminal Building Facilities
- Aerodrome Lighting System
