Immigration and Customs

Immigration

Visitors to Brunei are advised to observe the Immigrations and Customs regulations. The Immigration Halls are at the ground floor. To get to a Hall, follow the sign “Arrivals”. There are two queuing areas - one is for Brunei nationals, the other for all other nationalities. Once at the counter an immigration officer will ask to see your passport and supporting documentation.

Please note your baggage may be examined and screened by the officers once after the immigration check.

Baggage

Baggage Reclaim

The baggage reclaim area is at the ground floor, after Immigration and before Customs. Please check information displays near the immigration counter for the carousel assigned to your flight. Free trolleys are available next to each carousel.

Lost or Damaged Baggage

Baggage handling and delivery is the responsibility of the airlines from the point of check-in to the point of collection. In the unlikely event that your baggage is damaged or lost, please proceed to the Lost & Found counter at the baggage reclaim area for assistance.

Meeting Passengers

Meeting Services

If you are meeting arriving passengers, you can access our Flight Information section for flight schedules and arrival times. The information is available to you at home and right at the airport. Please note Royal Brunei Airlines will only confirm their arriving flights two hours prior to the estimated arrival time.

Passenger Meeting Services

With its express clearance through immigration, our Passenger Meeting Services represent the best way to welcome your important guests and business associates. You may also choose our Passenger Meeting Services to meet and escort VIPs, guests and friends through normal clearance on your behalf.
